Hello!

Penelope is a Collie Mix. She was adopted from Operation Kindness in Carrollton, Texas. Penelope was about 3 months old at the time of adoption. She is now about 9 months old now. I am looking for a new home for her due to my busy schedule. She is very friendly, outgoing and adventurous. She does very well with other dogs, she is the best dog park date. She goes up to everyone, and she is incredibly friendly. I don’t believe I have ever seen a happier dog. She is a great running buddy, she doesn’t back down!

I’m hoping to find her a home where she gets more time outside, and with other dogs.
