Montana is a 2-year-old, 59lbs tricolor American Staffy mix.
Montana had a rough start but that hasn't affected his mood. He's sweet to everyone he meets, he's housebroken, and leash trained already. He would love to find a family who can help him get out all his energy and wiggles and take him on walks or play in the yard! He would do best in a home with a more seasoned dog parent(s) as he would love to work on his training, and with his smarts, he will soak it all up! Because he's such a loveable, exuberant boy, he would also do best in a home with older kids that don't mind his energy and love of life! He is a strong boy and when he's excited, he does his little "happy-feet dance" which can sometimes get pretty extravagant depending on how exciting things get for him! Montana also loves to greet the UPS delivery person with his cute hops from behind the fence. Sometimes he gets lucky and gets a pat on the head, and that's just about the best thing in the world for this social butterfly! One of Montana's special skills is herding. He wants to make sure everyone is in the "right" place and might even grab onto your shirt and show you where to go. It's totally adorable but may not go over well with smaller children. He is fully vetted, and ready for a family of his own. Could this sweet goofball be your next best friend? He sure hopes so!
