My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bonnie is a lively and affectionate 8-month-old Husky with a heart full of adventure! She`s a smart, energetic girl who loves to run, play, and explore. Bonnie is house trained and kennel trained, making her a well-behaved companion in the home. She thrives in an active environment where she can get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Whether it’s a long walk, a game of fetch, or just running around, Bonnie’s energy is boundless!

Bonnie would do best in a home with an active family or individual who can keep up with her high-energy needs. She’s ready to be your loyal partner in adventure! If you`re looking for a loving and energetic companion, Bonnie might just be the perfect match for you.

Come meet Bonnie today! she is currently located at the Ellensburg Animal Shelter.

If you are interested in adopting this pet, please fill out an adoption questionnaire at www.yakimahumane.org. A Yakima Humane Society staff member will contact you once your questionnaire has been received. Adopters are welcome to visit the adoption center Monday-Saturday.

A Picture says 1000 words...right? While an animal`s picture draws interest, the reality is that as a potential adopter most people would like as much information as possible about a pet. The Yakima Humane Society is an open admission shelter. What does this mean? Over 90% of the pets at the adoption center arrive as strays, no history of behavior or medical care is known. Adding a pet to your family is a big responsibility. Please research carefully and remember that adoption is lifesaving. Adopt Don`t Shop.

Adoption Fees & Process
See current fees at www.yakimahumane.org
The adoption fees help offset the cost of evaluation, housing, feeding and medical care for the thousands of animals that need our help. We do our best to keep adoption prices reasonable while generating income to support our goal of caring for animals available for adoption until we can place them in a loving home. Adoption fees help provide medical care, food and shelter to the animals in our care.
