Mack is a 1 year old energetic beagle puppy. Sweetest disposition I have seen through the years. Gives great hugs and cuddles. Loves to play with my smaller dog. Likes the bigger dog but he is a dud when it comes to play. Zoomies through the day with a few naps in between. Crate trained and house trained - does go to the door. Has had a few accidents when he doesn't want to stop playing to go out. Perfect dog for someone who is active and has time to continue training him. Great with all dogs he has encountered. Loves little kids probably because they play as hard as he does. Loves people. We walk multiple throughout the day - loves to be outside nose to the ground. Good on a leash. Wonderful boy. Will make someone a great companion!
Almost one year old beagle who just needs someone who will play and love on him! He gets along with other dogs and loves to play. He is a clean slate for someone! He is happy as can be and ready for someone to play with him

Our dogs are currently in a foster homes which can answer your questions better than anyone else.
We promise our fosters that we will qualify all potential adopters before we ask them to communicate with potential adopters.

We are 100% volunteer powered. Volunteers process the applications and need time above their personal needs and full-time jobs to process the apps.

Our adoption fee is $300 which includes spay/neuter, DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies, HW check, and microchip.
Russell Rescue dogs are fostered in the Middle Tennessee area. We do not ship/transport our dogs, so the approved adopter must be willing to travel to Tennessee. Russell Rescue will try to first place our rescue dogs locally or in surrounding states.
Russell Rescue is not open to the public for visiting hours. We do not have a physical location of our own.
