Lady is a two year old Pittie mix who is looking for a loving forever home to call her own! Lady came to us when she was abandoned at a hotel by her previous owner. Miss Lady deserves a good home with someone who is going to love and cherish her, she is so sweet! Lady loves meeting new people, she is a very friendly girl who is eager to please and loves to show you all her tricks (she`ll do extra special tricks for treats!) Lady was never properly socialized with other dogs, and would likely need to be the only pet in a home. We are working on helping her be comfortable while other dogs are around, but she is still going to need some work and someone who is comfortable handling her and making sure she makes good choices around other dogs. Lady has so much love to give, she just needs the right person to share it with... Could it be you?

Lady is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccines! She is all ready to go home now!

Cats are $70.00, kittens are $100. Dogs are $100.00 and puppies are $150. This includes the spay or neuter, vaccination, microchips, a voucher for a free health exam at a local vet. We require photo identification and required adoption paperwork. You may take your new pet home the same day. There is a 7 day grace period for a refund to make sure that the animal is a fit for your household.

Eagle County Animal Shelter and Services handles all of the animal control and animal shelter services for Eagle County. We are a small shelter and are considered socially conscious, which means we are "no-kill" for space. We are always looking for volunteers, foster homes, and item donations. If you are interested in donating to the shelter we have a wish list available that includes lots of items that we use everyday here at our shelter to benefit the dogs and cats directly. Please call us at 970-328-DOGS if you are interested in volunteering. We love to have people come in to socialize our cats and walk and socialize the dogs. Come see us!!
