Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Angie is 4 years young with so much love to give. She enjoys going out and meeting new people and new dogs but if she could spend all day every day napping - she would. One of her favorite napping spots is in the sunshine & dirt - she has no problem making unsolicited trips around the neighborhood if given the opportunity so a fenced yard is ideal. She’s an A+ snuggler and is truly the most easy going dog who’s only real needs are food, water, and love. She hasn’t been tested with cats but is good with kids. Currently she is HW+ but has already started treatment and is otherwise healthy! If you’re looking for a best friend, a bed warmer, or a little spoon - she’s it!
If you are interested in this animal please start by filling out an adoption application at http://www.CFP-NC.org/adoptions and we will get in touch with you.

Found an animal on our site and want to meet them or find out more about them? Fill out the adoption questionnaire located below and submit to us. Once we have reviewed/approved your application, we will provide you with the foster contact information so that you can find out more and arrange a “meet and greet”. All of our animals are located in foster homes throughout the Triangle area.
When going to a “meet and greet”, please make sure you take any family members and other pets (if at all possible) to observe their interactions. This can make introduction into the new home easier for the animals and for you.
The animal’s foster parent will ultimately make a recommendation to the organization regarding the permanent placement of the animal. Once an adoption decision has been made by both parties, we ask for an adoption fee to help us cover spay/neutering, shots, medical treatment, food and supplies – this amount only partially cover the cost of expenses and allows us to help as many animals as possible!
What if the adoption doesn’t work out? We have a lifetime return policy on our animals as we don’t want to see them turned back into a shelter.
