Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Paddy is the definition of a big heckin' chonk...17 pounds to be exact! We promise it's just all the extra love he's carrying around, though his finder said he used to be quite malnourished when he showed up to their door a year and a half ago. It turns out he LOVES food and may be trying to make up for the time he went without.
This approximately 3-year-old is quickly becoming a favorite of the volunteers. He started out with a note on his intake kennel saying that he was a little shy. After about a week, we were wondering if he was even the same cat! He was asking for attention and love all on his own, rubbing up against your hand, giving headbutts and just wanting to be near you. Now that he's in a colony room, he's turned into quite a confident, daper gentleman who is the first to greet visitors. In fact, he'll follow you around the room talking and rubbing on your legs until you stop to pet him. Paddy isn't a huge fan of other cats or dogs, so we're hoping to find him a place as an only kitty. He's neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines.
