Here's what the humans have to say about me:
HANOVER, PENNSYLVANIA - SOFIA - 2 year old female German Shep./Labrador mix (48 lbs). She is a sweet sweet dog. Family adopted her from TEXAS and was told she was good with cats. However, this new home in Hanover, PA has 4 cats and it is too much for Sofia. She loves loves the kids and adults alike. She is good with dogs too. Adopter contacted original owner in Texas and unable to take her back and asked if they could find a rep. rescue to help.
FROM HOME IN HANOVER: Sofia loves playing ball like any other lab and loves going for walks. Good on leash - pulls a bit, but takes correction well. She literally is one of the smartest dogs and wants to please her humans so badly. She is gentle and extremely affectionate and trusted with all the grandbabies in the home. Family is sad that she is obsessed with the cats and it isnt fair to any of them. She also loves her stuffed toys and a soft place to lay with her loving family... i.e., soft bed and/or sofa. She is NOT high energy and quite the polite gal.
Transportation is free to a great loving home. Family is heartbroken and wants nothing but the best situation for her. She is free to a family that treat their dogs like family.
