Griffin came to us as a stray that was never reclaimed! He is very sweet but a little shy of new people. He is treat motivated and loves a good belly rub! If you are looking for a great companion look no further as griffin is excited to find his forever home! He still needs to be Neutered, but he can go into a foster home until then. please consider this sweet boy!

Mission Statement:

The Pittsylvania Pet Center is committed to protecting the health, safety and well-being of all companion animals by working with Animal Control Officers in the enforcement of state and local laws, reducing the number of stray and homeless animals, and providing the best care possible for every animal that comes through our doors.
We will shelter and care for homeless, abandoned, and lost animals, work to keep and place animals in safe, loving homes, and provide education and resources to pet owners to enhance their lives and the lives of their companion animals.

We will strive to be the voice for the animals in our community and ensure that they are properly cared for. We believe that collaboration is key in animal welfare. Our organization will work with the local community, other shelters and rescues, and veterinary professionals to ensure that every one of our adoptable animals find a forever home.
