Bart is quite the cool dude! Not the biggest cuddler but loves his pets and walk and always down for a good nap right next to you. He is an easy going guy that loves his pack walks, toys and is a big fan of peanut butter ⭐️
He is a 3-year old chunky mix. Housebroken, crate trained and knows basic commands. Bart loves to play fetch and is awesome in the car!!
We have partnered with a 3rd grade class from the performing arts charter school in south Philly who asked us if they can write short poems for our pups! Here is Bart’s:

We do our best to ensure that all of our pets find permanent loving homes.
Our application process is straight forward asking about your current living situation and your experience with animals. You will also need to supply two personal references plus a vet reference.
A Meet-n-Greet with potential adopters with family and any other animals living in the house.
A home Check is completed with the adoptable animal.

Rags to Riches Rescue is a nonprofit 501c3 foster based, all-breed, no kill animal rescue based in Delaware County PA. We are made up of volunteers and foster homes that care for and socialize our animals. Most of our animals come from deplorable conditions or neglect and need medical attention and lots of love. Our volunteers show them a life they never knew. A life of love, happiness and treats.
