Cat Information

Biff is a sweet boy who showed up at a colony one day while it was storming, but he wasn't wet at all. He was being attacked by a cat in the colony and had been evading being TNR'd. Being young and friendly, he was scooped up for a chance at a better life. Biff is looking for his own family to love and keep him forever.
