Meet our adoptable dog, Farah!

Farah is almost one years old and is a beagle mix. Farah came to us from the Orangeburg area of South Carolina where she was found with her other siblings in the woods. She was very skittish when she first came and extremely scared of people, she would flatten herself on the ground and freeze just petrified of anyone trying to touch her. She has come out of her shell so much now enjoys coming up and giving little kisses and getting pet. Her favorite pastime is laying in the swimming pools in the yard or chasing butterflies.

Southern Tails Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit, supported by local community donations in order to ensure the physical and medical well-being of the dogs. We rely solely on the financial support of our donors’ generosity as well as any fundraisers we host, and the time and energy of our volunteers.
