She's a sweetheart! Lizzy has been counting the days, actually the months, till she could get a ride north from the overcrowded shelter she was at where nobody showed any interest in her. Lizzy is a midsize, middle-age hound with a sweet disposition. Estimated to be around 5 years old, Lizzy was a blank slate without a known history before she wound up in a WV shelter. Lizzy has been in a foster home and is known to be friendly with other dogs and kids. From some angles Lizzy looks like a basset hound, but as with all mixed breeds, they are all unique. She will make a family very happy!
