My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet girl Ginger was rescued from the streets of Compton with her siblings starving and scared. She's a very lucky kitty and now she needs her luck to continue to find her purrfect furever home!Ginger has adapted quickly to the good indoor life! She loves to play wrestle and chase with her siblings and foster mates all day long but she also really loves her humans. Ginger can be a little shy with new people and new surroundings but once she gets to know you She's a super affectionate little LOVEBUG but also a crazy playful kitten. Ginger would do well in almost any home. She gets along with all other kitties and would be great in a home with gentle loving children. She was also fostered briefly in a home with sweet cat friendly dogs. Ginger would love to be adopted with any of her siblings or foster mates Julius Luna Noche Tori Thomas Tabitha Mama Reyna Roxie Ross or if you already have a young playful kitty she may bond with your kitty too. She will brighten any home with lots of love and her silly kitten antics.

If you are interested in learning more about this kitty or in adopting her please email her foster parent: ramona801b@yahoo.com

More about this rescue

Kitten Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization devoted to finding loving homes for unwanted, homeless cats and kittens. We rescue cats and kittens from the streets of Los Angeles and from City Shelter euthanasia. Since our start in 1997, we have grown into one of the largest, most well-respected animal welfare groups in LA.

Kitten Rescue volunteers adopt out over 2,000 cats and kittens into homes every year. We educate the public about responsible pet guardianship, how to care for kittens and cats, and the importance of spaying and neutering. Kitten Rescue makes educational material available via events, print, school presentations and here on our website. We also provide Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) assistance for communities in and around Los Angeles, and teach people how to manage and care for feral cat colonies.
