My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! I’m Chicken.
I’ve been here for a long time because I need a special home. I’m a tripod and I’m not the biggest fan of other cats. I will be a total ass around new cats and I will beat them up. Eventually, I calm down.
I would love to find a home as the only pet with no young children.
I’m really great otherwise.
I’m super loving and and I will always seek out attention. I really move butt scratches and having behind my ears scratched since I can’t reach it.
I’m missing one of my back legs. It doesn’t slow me down though so don’t even worry about that.
I’m a super chill cat and I love to just hang out and be loved on.
If you think I would be a good match for you, please fill out our adoption application!

More about this rescue

We are a small cat based rescue in chiefland, FL however we take in urgent dogs as well when needed. When I moved back to Florida from Michigan last year I was quickly reminded of how different it is here. The strays running wild everywhere, people abandoning their animals, adopting out sick cats, not helping the hurt ones. It breaks my heart. I have the finances to help now, so I'm doing everything I can to give these cats the life they deserved the first time around.
