My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Do you remember last week when it was so cold? (January)
I was outside in it.
In downtown Rockford.
I was so cold.
My body hurt.
People tried to help me.
But I was scared.
Finally I gave up for some wet food.
A really nice lady in a groomer shop kept me inside til her shift ended.
The rescue she volunteers at (FOF) took me into their program.
I’m an adult male.
Unaltered.
Just shy of 4 lbs.
I should be at least 8 lbs.
I’m full of parasites.
I’m malnourished.
But I’m safe.
And warm.
I wouldn’t have lasted much longer.
The people here are looking after me.
This world is a better place because of rescue organizations.

Catrick has been with FOF for a few months now and has gained weight and confidence! While he is still shy, he enjoys pets and snuggles! Catrick was adopted out, but it wasn’t the right fit, and is now looking for his forever home. Catrick will need an understanding adopter who will give him the time and space he needs to bloom!

Adoption center is located at 7962 CLYDE PARK SW, BYRON CENTER MI 49315. Our shelter is open by appointment only. Applications must be submitted and approved before appointments will be set. Applications can be completed at http://www.focusonferals.org/adopt/adoption-application/. Our adoption fee is Kittens through 6 months $125 or 2 for $200; Kitties over 6 months $100 or 2 for $150.
