My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Name: Nora

*Age: approx 2 years old

*Current Weight: 65 lbs

*Adoption fee: $475

Meet Nora, the epitome of resilience and love! Nora, a charming female Labrador mix, has a heart of gold and a story to tell. Rescued alongside her adorable puppies, Nora's journey embodies the strength and compassion of a true survivor. Nora's affectionate nature knows no bounds, especially when it comes to her furry friends. She adores the company of other dogs, finding joy and comfort in their companionship. Whether it's playtime in the yard or leisurely strolls in the park, Nora's enthusiasm for outdoor adventures is infectious. With her wagging tail and eager spirit, she thrives in the great outdoors, soaking in the sights and sounds of nature. While Nora is a social butterfly with her fellow canines, she kindly requests a home without feline companions. Her preference for a cat-free environment ensures that she can fully relax and be herself, without any unnecessary stress or tension. Nora's maternal instincts shine through in her nurturing demeanor, showing endless love and devotion to her puppies. Now, as she embarks on her own journey to find a forever home, Nora is ready to shower her new family with the same unwavering affection and loyalty. If you're searching for a loving companion who cherishes the simple joys of life and thrives in the company of other dogs, Nora is the perfect match for you. Open your heart and home to this remarkable canine, and together, you'll embark on a journey filled with boundless love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

More about this rescue

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
