Hey there my human friends! My name is Nutro aka Henry! My mommy, Fern, my siblings, and I were rescued in Okeechobee County and brought to the Big Dog Ranch Rescue to find our furever homes. I was adopted as a pupper but my family had to bring me back because I wasn't fond of sharing food/toys and they thought it would be safer if I was in a home without any children. They did give me some training though, so I am very clean, walk well on a leash (though sometimes I get a little nervous walking in new places), and I know how to sit and lay down! I think I'd do best with an adopter who also has some training experience so I can get some more parenting. I'm still a baby at heart, and playtime is my favorite time! I especially love to play with other dogs in my nice big yard. I love pets and hugs so if you're looking for a cuddle buddy I'm your guy!

If you are interested in adopting a dog from us please visit our website adoptions page to complete an adoption application. at www.bdrr.org/adopt. This will help us make sure we find you the right dog to fit your situation and family. Once you have completed the application, we will contact you to let you know you have been approved and then you will be able to set up an appointment to come and meet dogs you are interested in. Our adoption fees range depending on the dog's breed, age and other factors.
