My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We got Ziggy from a couple that was suffering from addiction and housing insecurity when he was 3 months old. He is a year old, will be 2 in June, mixed breed not sure American bulldog pitbull. Hes apart of our family, we love him but can no longer keep him. He is super friendly loves people and dogs but in the home hes territorial of me. I love this dog a lot and dont want to leave him at a shelter, he is so sweet and smart! He knows commands like sit, stay, paw, and even speak! He needs behavioral training and strong calm owner to lead and make him feel safe. He has trauma and became very protective of me so when he sees certain behavior or movements that are too rough around me its triggering and has someone bit someone for shaking an object next to me. Hes playful, loves running, the beach, watching tv, eating ice and cuddles. We are looking for someone with no children that can provide the right balance of discipline and affection, and active because he needs a lot of play time.
