Have you considered trying a rescue puppy on for size? Well, Skechers is the last doggo left from our shoe litter! This sneakerhead is smart, social and fun-loving. It’s only a matter of time before he finds a good fit. Initially thought to be a Border Collie mix, Skechers has definitely filled out at just under nine months old. We think he must be mixed with a much larger breed, and will likely surpass 50 pounds once fully grown. That said, he still exhibits the athleticism and eagerness to please that Border Collies are known for. He is just a little larger and more huggable than your average doggo! Skechers is ready to show off the manners he’s learned in foster care. He is potty-trained, leash-trained and friendly towards other dogs. He has even gotten the hang of basic commands like “sit,” “come” and “no”! Just like any puppy, this boy will need continued training and plenty of attention in his new home to become the best doggo he can be. Apply to meet this chonker and you’ll make a perfect pair!
