MEET CALI, a stunning and regal female fawn Doberman, in need of a foster or forever home. Fawn Dobies often have an exotic, hypnotic beauty - and Cali is just like that! She looks like she came from a magical world. Her full name (Calista) also means "most beautiful" and that is surely the case with this pretty girl.

This sweet and gentle 6-year-old girl (paperwork says 7 but we think she's younger) was recently rescued from a California shelter. She was likely used for breeding and then dumped by her previous people. The shelter experience was also a scary one for her. She walks really well on a leash but is afraid of loud noises, so she'd do the best in a quiet home with a single person, a couple or a family.

Cali is wonderful with other dogs and a total sweetheart with people. She is calm, quiet and patient. She loves people and other dogs, too. Cali is affectionate, and loves to give kisses! She's also a happy dog who wags her tail enthusiastically when she sees her people. Cali has a moderate energy level and would be content even without enormous amounts of exercise. She just wants someone to love!
