My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Margie is a gorgeous lynx point Siamese mix with beautiful blue eyes. She is about one year old and recently came to Healing Hearts from Cheatham County Animal Control. Poor Margie was rescued with teats swollen to the size of softballs and a belly full of dead babies. :( Thankfully Cheatham County quickly got her in for an emergency spay and gave her plenty of antibiotics. Margie is feeling better now but her swelling on her belly is still going down. We are giving her a "spa treatment" with a heating pad twice a day to help her tummy heal faster. Margie has also tested negative for FIV and leukemia, been vaccinated, dewormed and on flea prevention. Her adoption fee is $150. She is good with other cats and gentle older children. She is not good with dogs. Margie will be heading to the Madison PetSmart once her belly heals. If you are interested in adopting Margie, please complete the online adoption application.
