My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

BLUEY - is a young 5 month old, energetic, and friendly dog with a heart of gold! He is a loving and affectionate dog who just wants to snuggle up and shower you with kisses. He's a playful pup who loves to run around and have fun, but he's also gentle and smart. He can be a bit curious and investigative, always sniffing around for new smells and adventures. But he's a good boy who just wants to make everyone happy - he loves to make new friends, both human and canine! BLUEY is young and ready to take on the world with his humans. He would love a home where he can get lots of love, attention, and adventure. He would be the perfect addition to your family and would be a great companion for kids and adults alike. If you're looking for a funny, adorable, and loyal companion, look no further than BLUEY! He's waiting for his forever home and can't wait to meet you!

Please email desertpawsnm@gmail. to inquire if he's still available. Please be a resident of the Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Rio Rancho or Los Alamos areas of New Mexico. It would be easiest if you already have another friendly dog. Adoption process: online application, talk by phone, we bring the pet to your home to meet all family members including furry members. We love updates!

More about this rescue

We work with the animals at three local Indian tribes (pueblos). We have a spay/neuter called, Door2Door, we assist animals with medical emergencies, prevention, education. We rehab and re-home the unwanted, abandoned, and neglected. At the time of adoption, we bring the pet to your home to make sure all family members including all fur babies get along and all are onboard and committed to the pet. We have an adoption process and we like to stay in touch with the families for the life of the pet.
