Toby is a sweet little companion dog. My father has health issues and can’t care for him anymore. Okay with kids, cats, and other dogs, but definitely prefers human company. Has never bitten or growled at anyone or anything. Great lap dog. Barks only when necessary. Perfect health and well groomed. Has been loved a lot.
