Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I’m Rolo, a gorgeous terrier mix who bundles handsome, fun and smart all into one lovable package!
My estimated birth date is March 2021.
I came to the Humane Society of York County as a stray. Since then I’ve been a fabulous representative for HSYC out in the community – I’ve visited the Riverwalk, Cabela’s and dog-friendly breweries.
I love having field trips where I can get away from the stress I feel in the shelter. I’m taking training classes at Zoom Room in Fort Mill and learning lots of new skills.
I’m up for whatever adventure my forever family would want to have – a run, a hike, a walk, a swim, a road trip. Or just some snuggles.
I love meeting new people. I’m dog friendly with appropriate introductions, and I like kids. I would probably do best in a home with older children. I would match best with pets who have a similar energy level and size (I’m about 50 pounds).
I’ve shown on my trips for HSYC that I’m an excellent car rider. I have good leash skills and know basic skills like “sit.” I’m very smart and treat-motivated, so I’d do well with a family that would continue my learning. If you wish to meet me, please call the Humane Society of York County at (803)-802-0902 to schedule an appointment.
