My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I’m Myrrh, a handsome German Shepherd mix ready to have a family of my own.

I came to the Humane Society as a stray, and my estimated birth date is December 2019.

I’m a big boy and I enjoy activities like walking or hiking. I like other dogs and would be a good fit in a home with another dog who matches my energy level. I’m smart and I know my basic skills, like sit and paw and down.

My friends at the rescue have taken me on fun adventures, like outings to the Riverwalk and even a coffee shop, helping me build my confidence around new people and places. I’m an excellent car rider!

I’m a sweet, gentle guy and would do well with kids. While I enjoy play time, I also love to just chill with my people for pets and kisses. If you wish to meet me, please call the Humane Society of York County at (803)-802-0902 to schedule an appointment.
