My name is Penelope AB!

Poor Penelope was found by a Good Samaritan after she was abandoned at a dump. She is a sweet dog who loves being around people. We have not heard her bark but she does occasionally sing! She is also completely clean in her kennel run and never goes the bathroom until she is outside.
