My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello there! I'm Kamryn, the funniest feline you'll ever meet. I'm a young, sweet, and cuddly furball, always ready for a play-fight or a cuddle session. I'm friends with everyone - cats, dogs, kids, you name it. I've got a peculiar foot fetish; I can't resist the allure of a wiggling toe! Now, how did I end up here? Well, it involves a daring chase, a squirrel, and a very surprised postman. Let's just say, the squirrel got away, the postman got a story, and I got a new home - for now. I'm a spunky, energetic little bundle of joy waiting for my forever home. If you're looking for a playful, friendly, and hilarious companion, look no further. Adopt me, and let's make our own goofy stories together!More information? Call Marion Area Humane Society at 740-389-6548 or email at manager@mahspets.org

More about this shelter

Marion Area Humane Society is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization incorporated in 1967 under ORC 1717. We strive to educate, assist and protect the animals of the Marion area. Since 1986 have operated a shelter to provide a humane environment for homeless animals. In 2011 several generous donors and grants made it possible for a shelter renovation and addition of a separate intake section. MAHS operates a open-admissions shelter with a guilt and fee free surrender policy, to encourage owners who can not properly care or maintain proper living conditions for their pets to do the best thing for the pet. MAHS also provides humane investigations and a spay/neuter voucher program for Marion county.
