Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Joey is an apricot Poodle mix, approximately 1 year old and weighs 20 lbs. He is very sweet and cute! Joey is dog friendly, non-aggressive and loves people, including kids! Not tested with cats at this time. Joey is crate trained and potty trained. He likes car rides and is very well- behaved in the car.
Joey has an abundance of puppy energy - loves to play with toys, run, chase frisbees and balls. Joey would require a fenced-in yard. He is not a couch potato and still learning recall.
Joey has juvenile cataracts but that doesn't stop him from having fun!! He is currently enrolled in basic obedience training, and we encourage his new family to continue his training. He plays well with the other dogs in his class.
Joey had a rough start in his short life. He was abandoned and dumped in a parking lot on Halloween. He was malnourished, starving and missing most of his hair. He was so dirty, the finder referred to him as Joe Dirt, and thus his name was born! He didn't know what affection was and had been given very little attention. He has been learning what love is like and how happy it can be.
Joey needs a family that won't let him down - he so deserves it.
