Scarlett was rescued after being dumped. Understandably she took a minute to warm up to new people but now loves being with her foster. The foster is having surgery so Scarlett is looking for a foster or permanent home. She is very laid back and relatively quiet. She just wants a quiet, consistent home with people to love her.
