Magnum is Large Pitbull/Mastiff mix. Magnum was picked up as a stray and never claimed. He is very affectionate, playful, and loves hard. He warms up quickly to every person he meets. Magnum seems housebroken, and walks well on a leash. He also knows basic commands such as sit, or lie down, he corrects nicely and takes treats very gently. We feel as though he would do best in a home with kids over 10 since he doesn't know how big he is and could accidently knock over small kids. Magnum was picked up with a smaller female dog who has since found her forever home, and while they got along it is unknown how he will do with other dogs, but we can set up a meet and greet with any potential fur siblings. Magnum cannot live in a home with feline friends, and that is nonnegotiable. Magnum is current on vaccinations, Flea & Tick prevention, but he is Heartworm Positive. Don't let that shy you away from his gentle giant, we can assist with treatment options, and dogs live long healthy lives after treatment.
