Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hey there! I'm Sundra, an adorable 3-month-old Australian Shepherd mix with a sleek black coat and a heart full of love. I'm full of puppy energy and eager to find my forever family. I'm hoping to find a family who can teach me all about being a puppy while showering me with love and care. With my playful spirit and affectionate nature, I'm ready to find my way "Homeward Bound" to a home where I'll be cherished. Are you ready to welcome me, Sundra, into your heart and home? Let's start this journey together!
FEE INCLUDES: Adopting an adult dog (6 months or older) includes spaying/neutering, vaccinations, deworming, flea & tick prevention, heartworm testing, and microchipping.
For dogs under 6 months, they receive age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, flea/tick prevention, and microchipping. All dogs are spayed/neutered by 6 months, covered within the adoption fee. The procedure must be done at one of our partner clinics.
To begin the adoption process, please submit an application on our website: www.hbwi.org/adopt. Once approved, you'll have the opportunity to meet our available dogs. Following the meeting, you can initiate a 5-day Adoption Trial, allowing you to take the dog home. This trial period is designed to ensure the dog is a match for you and aligns with your lifestyle. After the 5-day trial, if all goes well, the adoption will be finalized. Additionally, we require a home visit once the dog is settled in its new home to ensure a smooth transition for both the dog and the adopter.
