My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Milo! I'm a year old and I weigh 50 lbs. I am crate-trained so I make a great house guest! Like most pups, I am still working on jumping and leash walking, but I’m sure I’ll pick it up with consistency, patience, and lots of yummy treats.

My foster mom says the following about me: Milo has a lot of energy. He's great in his crate, but definitely needs a lot of running around time.  He basically never barks - which totally works for my backyard!  Oh, and he loves putting half of his face in the water bowl to slurp up water. He's such a goofball! He would definitely benefit from having an active family and/or another doggy sibling in the home to play with!

Additional adoption info

The process to adopt/foster dogs and cats is different. Please speak to the volunteer assisting you in the adoption process to confirm details about the process.

Go meet their pets

We hold adoption events every weekend in the DC/Baltimore Metro Area and also schedule private meet and greets once a potential adopter/foster has applied for a specific dog or cat.
