BIO:
Sweet Sister here, looking for a family to pamper me and give me all the love I have long dreamed about. You see, I was rescued from a hoarding situation where I was kept in a small crate near numerous other dogs and cats; our "owner" claimed she couldn't let us out because she didn't have a fenced yard. I am a very affectionate gal and being locked up on my own really made me sad. But the past is now far behind me, and I am absolutely loving rescue life! I get to nap on a comfy couch with my foster momma and soak up all the pets and cuddles I desire! I also get to play with new doggie friends and believe me when I say I love getting to interact with them! I get along with doggies of all sizes, and I adore my people more than anything, it makes me so happy to be near my person so I can hear them say what a good girl I am. Because of my lack of care in my previous life, I was heartworm positive and am now recovering from treatment to kill the icky parasites. My recovery requires staying calm and relaxing - don't tempt me with a good time, my cozy dog bed is amazing! I have also discovered toys and enjoy chewing on them to keep myself entertained. I am working hard on potty training and don't love my crate (you can imagine why), but I am a good houseguest and am quickly learning how to live the spoiled, happy-home life. My adopters will need to sign me up for training, and I think it will be a fun opportunity for us to learn and bond together; I enjoy any activity as long as I am with someone who loves me. Do you think you could love me? I hope so, and I hope you fill out an adoption application!

If you'd like to adopt this dog, please get started by filling out a complete application (incomplete submissions cannot be sent.) Please note that while we take time to learn as much as we can about each dog in our care as possible, our bios are written from current observations. Though we do our best to share as much information as possible about each dog we care for, we are unable to make any guarantees on the future health or temperament of your adopted dog. Most dogs in our care come with unknown pre-rescue history, and information pertaining to breed and age are often educated guesses.
