Jessi is a beautiful and sweet purebred Shih Tzu who is in need of her forever home. She's a young girl and will be 2-years-old in June... so we are looking for adopters who either work from home or are very young retirees.
In her foster home Jessi gets along well with the other dogs, both big and small, and is not a 'barker'. We feel that she will do well in a home with another dog or as on 'only dog'..
Jessi's a little 'Velcro dog' and wants to stay close to her person. She is housetrained and crate trained, but needs to be let out often. A home with a fenced yard and someone at home during the day will be best, or someone who is willing to leash-walk her to go 'potty'. In her foster home she sleeps in a crate, but we are sure that she would love to snuggle next to her new guardian in their 'big bed'.
Jessi is a very healthy little girl and has been spayed and microchipped. She is current on her Dist/Parvo and Rabies vaccinations, and she will be fully recuperated from her spay surgery and finished with the rest of her vetting on the 1st of May, when she will be available to go to her forever home.
Jessi's adoption fee is $475.00

Forever Home Canine Rescue offers a three-week trial period with all of our adoptions, just to be sure that the pet is a good match for the adopting family. The fee is refunded if the adoption does not work out within the trial period. We want to be sure that each of our pets will have their perfect 'forever' home!
Although Forever Home Canine Rescue adopts out-of-state, we never ship or transport our pets. An approved adopter must come to North Carolina to meet their new canine companion and then take him/her back home with them.
