Just to clarify, we are rehoming her because the spouse has Alzheimer's that has advanced faster than expected.
Serena is a sweet girl with a loving and submissive personality - especially with other dogs. She has a soft silky short haired coat. She is an energetic dog so needs to be walked or live in a home with a fenced yard or taken to the dog park to run. She is just over a year old so still has all her puppy energy. She is crate trained and house broken. She would do best in a home that has the time and energy to spend with her or another dog for a companion since she loves to play. She is shy around men but with a few days to get used to them she would be just fine. She has had no experience around children so we don't know how she would behave. I would be happy to transfer her crate, food and other items if you are the right home for her. She is my baby and my heart is devastated at the thought of letting go but the rehoming is necessary.
