Meet sweet Stella who was adopted from the Humane Society of Eastern Carolina. She is 6 years old, gentle, affectionate, healthy, litter trained, spayed, chipped and indoor only. She is also terrified of dogs. She can be initially shy, but definitely responds to people when shown affection. Once she is comfortable and feels safe, she loves to sit close and be petted. She is a wonderful kitty!

However, she is miserable with me because of my two dogs. We tried letting her live with my daughter, but Stella was miserable there because of my daughter's dog. We love her too much to let her spend her life living under a bed where she hides at all times. She only comes out for food and litter box if the dogs are put away. I tried setting up a gate to separate her from the dogs, but she still hides under the bed. So, we are want to find a dog free home where she can feel safe and can get the love and attention she deserves. I'll supply food, litter, scratchpad, bed, and will update shots.
