Meet Mario, an adult dog with a heart full of love and a spirit brimming with energy. His playful nature is infectious, making every day a fun-filled adventure. Despite his initial shyness, Mario quickly warms up, revealing his cuddly and lovable side. He`ll enjoy being your favorite 51-pound lap dog and will lap up all the petting you send his way. He`s house and leash trained, which means he`s ready to join your daily routines without a hitch. Mario`s protective instincts shine when he`s around those he loves, but he remains submissive and respectful. His excitable personality is a testament to his zest for life. He loves to play, but he can be a bit rough around other dogs, cats, and children. Because of his rowdiness and nipping during playtime, he`ll need to live with kids at least 12 years old. He is afraid of some men. His love for exploration often leads him to dig and race out the door and his playful nature causes him to chew on things. This is why his owners gave him up. He`ll need a patient and understanding owner who can help him channel his energy into positive activities. His favorites are car rides, running, and toys. Adopting Mario means welcoming a bundle of joy into your life. His friendly and lovable nature will surely bring happiness and companionship to your home.
