Here's what the humans have to say about me:
ABOUT GOOBERS
This gorgeous long-hair lad in Goobers! He is a 2-year-old black-and-white boy. Goobers came to HAP when he was found wandering as a stray. While we don't know much about his past, this guy quickly showed us he has a huge personality! Goobers LOVES to zoom around our playroom and chase toys. Whether he's watching birds outside the window or searching for lost treats, this guy is always on the move. After some exploring, you may find him sprawling out at your feet or leaning against your leg for some affection! He also enjoys a good nap, finding the highest tower or tree to overlook his surroundings. While Goobers enjoys roaming around, he prefers to be the only kitty out and about. Due to this, he would prefer to be your only cat in a home!
**Fun fact: Goobers was a HAP hero, donating blood to provide a severely sick kitten with a transfusion! Thanks to Goober's cooperation and beautiful veins, we saved a kitten's life!
If you are interested in adopting this cat, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific cat but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! We may require all household members, including children, to come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, and a small bag of food to get you started.
