Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Mandy! Mandy (and her brother Billy - who has already been adopted) were brought to HSCC by a kind landscaper who noticed that they were not being fed and had all but been abandoned. It is anyone's guess the mix of their breed- part Scooby Doo maybe??? We do know Mandy is completely adorable! Mandy loves to cuddle and fall asleep in your lap, chew on toy bones, and take short walks (short legs). Mandy is not the best with cats, she can be ok with dogs if properly introduced. Mandy would probably love to be your only pet! If you have room in your heart and home for Mandy, come visit her at the Humane Society of Charles County MD!
