My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say hello to Maribel, a 2-year-old quarter horse mare. As of right now Maribel is unhandled and has been in our training program since April. We recently discovered that Maribel is expecting a foal in the next few months. She was rescued through our Buy-out program and her pregnancy was unknown to us at the time. We are continuing Maribel's training in the hopes that we can get her more comfortable with human contact before she delivers. She is making progress and is gradually becoming more trusting of her handlers. We believe that with patience and positive reinforcement, Maribel will make a wonderful riding horse or companion for someone once she has finished raising her soon to be foal.
