My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lemar is about 2 yrs old and pint size weighing in a 40 pounds with her feet probably weighing 20 pounds. She is the happiest silliest girl, who still has a lot of energy. She is crate trained walks great on a leash. She is good with dog savvy kids and is dog selective. So, a meet and greet would be required. She's the sweetest girl.

Additional adoption info

For our dogs, we are a foster-based organization that primarily helps our county government-operated shelter with surrender diversion, i.e. owners rehoming pets, help with behavior issues, etc. In September 2023 we opened a cat adoption center that supports the effort to keep more cats out of the shelter.
