eyed female. She looks very sweet. She is 7 years old and is looking for a place that will appreciate her for the wonderful girl she is. She does get along with dogs his size, but does not want to share her food. Monkey loves to go for walks. We do not have a physical shelter. All animals are in private foster homes and we can not schedule a meet and greet for any puppy or kitten under 8 weeks of age.

We require an application, home visit, vet check, and adoption contract. Fee for puppies with age appropriate vaccines and altered is $275. Dogs fully vetted and altered are $250. Cats/kittens, altered, are $50 for one, or $80 for two. If you are interested in one of our animals, please go to our website at www.poetanimalrescue.org to fill out an application.

We are a non-profit/501c3 organization that rescues all breeds of dogs and puppies from high-kill shelters, animal controls, owner surrenders and strays. We are a small foster-based organization with a loving group of volunteers. We strive to responsibly rescue, provide veterinary care and accurate and honest information to potential adopters about our dogs to match them with the home that will best suit their life style. We also provide them with education and ongoing support and advice to help pet owners keep their animals healthy, happy and safely in their home forever.
