My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, I'm Chance. My days in the shelter are quiet, but I long for a warm lap to curl up on. You see, I'm a bit shy, but don't let that fool you. Once I get to know you, I'm as friendly and cuddly as they come. The shelter is not my favorite place, but I understand it's just temporary. I love being petted, it's my favorite thing. It's so soothing and comforting. I promise, if you adopt me, I'll be your loyal companion. I'll bring joy and warmth to your home, and in return, all I ask for is your love.

More about this rescue

We are dog and cat lovers who want to help decrease the number of healthy pets being euthanized. We do this through adopting pets to caring homes and by spaying and neutering every pet before it is adopted out. We operate a Thrift store named Critters, which is volunteer run with all money brought goes to support our "No Kill" rescue. Critters is located on the same property as our shelter. We take in homeless animals because they are in need and are unable to help themselves.
