We picked up Lilly from Gaston County Animal Rescue when we attend the Dog Days of Winter event in February. When walking around all of the booths, my daughter spotted this adorable puppy that could have cared less about everything going on around her. You can see from the photos that my daughter was thrilled to bring her home, which is why we are so heartbroken that we need to find her a new home due to relocation.

She's now eight months old and still has the relaxed, playful attitude. While not an incredibly active pup, she does well with dogs and kids. She has been perfectly happy with either sunning herself in the backyard or resting on my feet while I'm working. We take her to the dog park often. She was a little apprehensive with all the dogs to start, but has since warmed up to going there.
