My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there new friends, we’re Tula and Lupe, 4 year-old English Bulldog sisters looking for their forever home together. You might have noticed that we're both a little on the thicker side at the moment, but don't worry, we're working on our fitness to become a little sleeker and more aerodynamic. Our foster parents say that in the meantime we're just extra adorable. We even stop traffic when we go on a walk, because everybody wants to say hi to us! Oh, we love walks, and we do really well on the leash. Actually, we like doing most things together. We're littermates, so like most siblings, even if we bicker once in a while, we always love each other. We sleep cuddled up together too. We’re both house trained, and don’t chew on anything other than our toys. We also get along well with other dogs, as long as we are introduced slowly.

I’m Lupe, I’m the one with a big brown spot on my back. I’m a spunky, playful girl. I’ve had to be the boss for a while now, but I’d really love a forever family that will take over being in charge so I can relax and get back to being a dog. I love getting scratches and playing ball. Even though I’m a stout 67lbs, I love to run after the ball when you throw it (I’m fast too!), and then will sit and chew it for hours if you let me. I have a tail pocket that needs to be cleaned regularly, but I don’t mind having it cleaned, it feels good actually! I'm curious, smart, and surprisingly active - considering that I'm the thicker of the two of us - and I will never turn down a chance to play with you!

I’m Tula, and I’m the sweetest, most affectionate girl. I’m the one in the pictures with one brown ear, and a brown patch on my eye. I love to sit leaning against you and will never get sick of being pet and getting love and kisses. I love to sunbathe in the backyard at our foster home. The sun feels nice on my pretty, soft white fur. I’m a gentle, sensitive girl and I’m happiest when I’m near my people. When I’m away from my people and want to be near them, I make hilarious noises that my foster parents think sounds like a grumpy baby dinosaur!

If you’re looking for an “instant family,” maybe we’re the right pups for you!
