Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Caine! Mr. Caine is such a sweet boy (6 years old and 55 LBS) who is looking for a home who will treat him right. Caine came to us covered in scars, broken teeth and a bad skin allergy condition, but his tail kept wagging despite all of this. Caine is a super happy boy that loves every person he meets. He still needs a bit of manner training, leash pulling, slight jumping etc.. but other than that Caine is such a golden boy.
As mentioned before Caine has skin allergies. Our vet stated that he has skin allergies, either is something he is eating or something he is laying in, that causes his skin to become itchy enough that he itches his fur out. We are currently aiding Caine with this by giving him coconut oil skin massages, Omega-3 oil in his food and a set of prescribed allergy meds by the vet. Caine will require some extra skin maintenance compared to another dog. He has a low to medium energy level and would be easy to house train.
NEW REQUIRMENT- We are now requiring all potential adopters to fill out our online adoption form to insure our dogs are placed in a loving home. You can find our online form here- https://www.co.siskiyou.ca.us/animalcontrol/webform/animal-adoption-application?fbclid=IwAR2zZS53IyyELR2ldMNyciS9YYCoDs6tTJbwW_svutbwTNRrP1nEkeemt1Y
It is unknown if he is good with other dogs, cats, livestock or children
