My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Scout, a 7 month old lab mix bursting with energy! With his endearing goofiness, he's sure to steal your heart. Scout loves to play with other dogs and would do best in a home with a furry companion. He was an owner surrender who came from Georgia with his brother. He is house trained and will signal when nature calls by heading to the door. Scout is a dream at bedtime, snoozing quietly in his crate through the night. While he's not the biggest fan of daytime crating, his charming antics more than make up for it. Scout knows “sit" and is learning "down" and "stay," he walks well on a leash, adores squeaky toys, playtime with his furry friends, and zooming around with infectious joy. Scout's playful nature and charisma promise endless laughter and love to some lucky family! Scout is fostered in PA and will be attending our Adoption Event. Save time, fill out an Application to be preapproved to adopt at our event. Preapproved adopters may schedule appointments to meet dogs on Friday, May 17th.

Our pets are in CT, GA and PA foster homes. Dogs in PA may be able to come to CT prior to the event to meet adopters. Dogs in GA will arrive right before the event so you must come to the event to meet them. Fill out an online application to start the adoption process.
