My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Iris originally came to us as a pregnant stray from Augusta, KY. She had 4 lovely kittens that have since been adopted and she was adopted back in 2022.

Sadly she did not adjust to her new home. She was great with other cats, but they adopted a dog and she never warmed up. She is a sweet cat, but may take a bit to warm up until she trusts again. She is a member of the "no moms left behind club" and is ready for a dog free home! She is a chatty girl and will talk to you for attention.

Born March of 2020, she is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and negative for fiv/felv.  Adoption fee $60.

More about this rescue

Purrfect Friends Cat Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit group working to end the plight and suffering of unwanted cats and kittens in the greater Cincinnati area. We do this by educating the general public about the importance of spaying or neutering their pets to lessen the drastic over-population of cats; we provide foster homes to cats and kittens waiting for adoption, and provide information and guidance to people working to help the feral cat population through TNR (trap, neuter and release) efforts.

Meet the cats every Saturday at our adoption events (details listed below), and you can see the cats on Petfinders and 1800save-a-pet in the hopes of finding good homes for them.
