Here's what the humans have to say about me:

It's no wonder his family named him 'Pretty Boy.' This hunk of handsome is an athlete who clearly works out. He loves to run and explore! He's not so great at slowing down, so needs walked on a harness so you both enjoy your outing. He is a great park pal. Pretty Boy knows sit and enjoys treats, so really the sky is the limit for his learning. Pretty Boy has done well with same-sized dogs and came from a home with a number of other dogs medium to large.

The adoption fee for dogs includes vaccinations (DA2PLP+CV, Bordatella, Rabies) spaying/neutering, heartworm check, deworming, heartworm prevention, flea preventative, and microchip.

The adoption fee for cats includes a full exam (feleck/FIV tested, FVRCP), spaying/ neutering, rabies, deworming, and flea preventative.

If you wish to adopt a pet you will need to fill out an adoption application. You can either pick one up at the shelter or email the shelter to request an application be emailed to you.

The Calhoun County Humane Society, Inc. (dba The Animal Shelter), located in Anniston, Alabama, was established in 1973 as a result of the efforts of Susan Levens Phillips.
